Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst – London

Location: London
Salary: GBP40,000+ (depending on qualifications and experience)

A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced dual Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a strong and consistent workload across London.

The role focuses primarily on commercial and industrial environments, offering technically interesting work across a range of large-scale projects. The company operates with structured processes, realistic scheduling, and strong operational support, allowing surveyors and analysts to focus on delivering high-quality work.

The Role

Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in accordance with HSG264
*

Undertaking air monitoring, leak testing, reassurance testing, and four-stage clearances
*

Working across a range of commercial and industrial properties
*

Producing accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports
*

Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams
*

Ensuring all work is carried out in line with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS standards

Requirements

BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or recognised equivalents)
*

Experience working in a dual Surveyor / Analyst role
*

Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance requirements
*

Ability to manage workloads independently in a field-based role
*

Full UK driving licence
