Head of End-User Services

Your role and key responsibilities

As Head of End-User Services, you will act as the enterprise owner of on-site end-user services across Headquarters in Denmark and the US. You will define and lead a high-touch, customer-centric service model ensuring seamless, secure, and professional support for senior stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

-Owning and evolving the global on-site end-user service model, standards, and governance.
-Ensuring premium, discreet, and responsive support for senior stakeholders and executives.
-Leading and developing the End-User Services team (6 employees + 2 students), fostering a strong service culture and clear performance standards.
-Overseeing vendor-delivered on-site services and driving service quality and continuous improvement.
-Ensuring consistent service delivery across Denmark, the US, and subsidiaries in close collaboration with Service Desk and other digital functions.
 

Your future team

As part of Enterprise Digital Enablement, you will join a dynamic and diverse organization of approximately 140 global colleagues delivering secure and efficient digital services to more than 5,600 employees worldwide.

You will lead the End-User Services team (6 employees + 2 students), with one direct people manager reporting to you.

You will report to the Head of Enterprise Operations & Infrastructure and be a member of the Enterprise Operations & Infrastructure leadership team.

The position is based at Lundbeck’s Headquarters in Valby, Copenhagen, with responsibility for on-site End-User Services in both Denmark and the US.

What you bring to the team

You are a service-oriented leader with strong executive presence and a passion for delivering exceptional end-user experiences. You understand that high-quality on-site services directly impact productivity, trust, and business performance.

You bring:

-Solid experience leading end-user services in a global, complex, and business-critical environment.
-Proven experience delivering high-touch, customer-oriented support for senior stakeholders and executives.
-Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical matters clearly and professionally to non-technical audiences.
-Experience with end-user devices, workplace tools, access management, and secure working environments.
-Knowledge of service management principles (formal certification is an advantage).
-Experience managing vendors and ensuring consistent service delivery across multiple locations.
-A structured, accountable, and improvement-driven leadership style.
-A relevant degree and 5+ years of experience within end-user services or operations.
