Location: Remote / Hybrid (International Scope)

Overall Description

We are seeking a seasoned Global Marketing Manager to take full business responsibility for our marketing activities worldwide. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team to plan and execute comprehensive strategies across branding, product marketing, digital channels, and international trade shows. You will be the driving force behind our global market presence, ensuring consistency and excellence in both internal and external communications.

Major Accountabilities

Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team (Product Marketing, Market Intelligence, and Marketing Specialists). Oversee project lifecycles from conception to execution, ensuring optimal resource allocation and budget control.

Strategic Branding: Define long-term global branding strategies and implement standardized processes to ensure worldwide consistency and efficiency.

Product Lifecycle Support: Collaborate with Product Line Managers to develop marketing collateral and training programs for new product launches and portfolio refreshes.
*

International Events: Lead major global trade show activities, from booth design and messaging to lead collection and pre-show training.
*

Digital & PR Strategy: Oversee social media management, press releases, and public relations to enhance brand awareness and support revenue goals.
*

Market Intelligence & Insight: Direct data collection and industrial report interpretation. Translate “Voice of the Customer” (VoC) and advisory board feedback into actionable business roadmaps.

Business Growth: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of emerging marketing technologies and trends.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Medical Technology, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).

Experience: * 7+ years in Strategic or Tactical Marketing.

5+ years in a People Management role.
*

Proven experience within Global/International Marketing organizations.
*

Direct experience in Branding Management and Distributor Marketing.

Technical Background: Experience in the Medical Device industry is highly preferred, specifically with Capital Medical Equipment and its clinical applications.
*

Skills: * Expert knowledge of modern marketing tactics and ROI-driven campaigns.

Exceptional cross-cultural collaboration and communication skills.
*

Willingness to travel internationally as required.
