What You’ll Build

Join our mission to revolutionize enterprise data transformation through cutting-edge AI and intelligent automation. As a DevOps Lead, you’ll be the technical architect behind the deployment, scaling, and operational excellence of our AI-powered Data Management platform – orchestrating the infrastructure that enables seamless AI-assisted migrations from legacy SAP ERP systems to S/4HANA Cloud. Your expertise in cloud-native DevOps, CI/CD automation, and platform engineering will directly power the reliable, scalable foundation that supports our AI agents and data transformation solutions across enterprise environments.

You’ll lead DevOps initiatives across multiple teams. Operating within SAP’s ecosystem you’ll architect sophisticated CI/CD pipelines, implement comprehensive observability solutions, and ensure adherence to SAP’s rigorous SLA/SLO standards and best practices. Your work will be the operational backbone enabling thousands of organizations worldwide to confidently transition their critical business systems through AI-assisted migration processes.

Responsibilities

· Lead and mentor DevOps practices across cross-functional teams, establishing unified standards and best practices for CI/CD and deployment automation

· Architect and implement enterprise-grade DevOps strategies that support AI agent development, data processing pipelines, and customer-facing migration solutions

· Drive the adoption of modern DevOps methodologies, tools, and practices across international development teams

· Collaborate with engineering leadership to align DevOps initiatives with product roadmap and business objectives

· Support and operate scalable, cloud-native infrastructure solutions with AI workloads, data processing, and enterprise SAP system integrations

· Build and maintain sophisticated CI/CD pipelines that support rapid, reliable deployment of AI agents, data processing solutions, and customer-facing applications

· Establish GitOps workflows and branching strategies that enable efficient collaboration across multiple development teams

· Design comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for AI agents, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations

· Implement observability solutions that provide deep insights into system performance, resource utilization, and business metrics

· Establish SLA/SLO frameworks and incident response procedures for enterprise-grade service reliability

· Optimize system performance, cost efficiency, and resource utilization across cloud environments

What You Bring

Required

· 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering with demonstrated leadership in enterprise environments

· Strong programming/scripting abilities in languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell

· Proven experience leading DevOps initiatives across multiple development teams, with strong mentoring and knowledge-sharing capabilities in complex technical environments

· Deep understanding of enterprise SLA/SLO standards and best practices

· Experience with Java/Python microservices and deployment patterns in PaaS environments, including containerization and orchestration

· Expert-level proficiency building and maintaining sophisticated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools for complex, multi-team environments

· Deep expertise in observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Dynatrace) with hands-on experience designing comprehensive monitoring strategies

· Excellent communication skills in English with ability to present technical concepts to both technical teams and executive stakeholders

· Experience working in agile, collaborative environments with distributed international teams

Nice to Have

· Advanced experience with AI/ML workload deployment and monitoring, understanding the unique requirements of AI agent integration within enterprise applications

· Experience with microservices on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry

· Knowledge of enterprise software ecosystems, particularly SAP environments and ERP system integrations

· Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools and big data platforms (Databricks)

· Experience with advanced observability patterns including distributed tracing, chaos engineering, and synthetic monitoring

· Hands-on programming experience with Java and Spring Framework ecosystem

· Knowledge of performance optimization, load testing, and capacity planning in PaaS environments

· Experience with cost optimization strategies, usage analytics, and operational efficiency metrics
