Job: Asbestos Analyst – Static Site
Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk
Rate: GBP230 – GBP250 per day
Contract Term: 6 – 12 Months, Outside IR35.
Are you wanting the security of a long-term contract, but also want the convenience of a static site to minimise travel-time and costs. Then look no further.
We are currently recruiting for a P403 & P404 qualified Asbestos Analyst to oversee the safety of a brick-by-brick demolition of a residential block of flats. You will work as an An Asbestos analyst on behalf of a consultancy representing the developer carrying out a mixture of duties such as
* Floor-by-floor air monitoring and fibre counting.
* Ensuring all site records and analytical reports meet strict UKAS standards.
* Managing 4-stage clearances.
We are looking for a reliable professional to commit to this project from start to finish. The working hours will be Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Mandatory BOHS P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalent).
* Experience: Proven track record in analytical work.
* Compliance: Full UK Driving License and valid CSCS card.
* Reliability: We need an analyst who takes pride in their site-presence and technical accuracy.
