The Position/Role
The Concierge Intern assists our experienced Concierges and contributes to creating unique experiences for our guests. The Concierge intern will act as a true ambassador of the hotel and the destination of Megève while learning Conciergerie fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all guests’ requests following and adhering to the Four Seasons Standards of service.
- Handle a wide variety of guest requests with utmost professionalism to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
- Act as an ambassador for the hotel, displaying a great sense of style and integrity
- Assist guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
- Handle incoming and outgoing email, call, packages, and special guests’ deliveries
- Use internal systems and database to correctly record special requests and ensure high-quality follow-up
- Provide occasional support to the Front Desk team when needed
- Maintain detailed knowledge of local key occurrences (directions, monuments, activities, restaurants, shopping, slopes…)
- Display a friendly, courteous and professional attitude in all dealings with guests and employees with an emphasis on fulfilling requests
- Communicate the guests’ complaints to the management, keeping them well informed as to the issues and actions taken.
- Communicate to all hotel departments any necessary information, guest preferences or requests
- Work harmoniously and professionally with all colleagues.

Who You Are
- Student in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
- Excellent grooming and impeccable sense of service, with a passion for the guest experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills: patience, tact, empathy, and diplomacy.
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm, organized, and detail-oriented. Team spirit, integrity, discretion, and a strong sense of priorities.
- Knowledge of or curiosity about the culture, history, gastronomy, and activities of Megève and its region.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the French language.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment.
- This position is not eligible for work sponsorship/visa. Candidates must possess valid French/European work authorisation.
