Area Sales Manager – North East

B2B Sales person now required to join a GBP20m business with a focus on hire equipment into the North East construction sector.

This is a field/home-based position with 1 day a week in HQ.

Looking for someone who is on the start of the career journey and wants to develop further into the hire equipment sector.

You will have access to a historical client data base as well as the tools to see what new construction projects are up and coming.

Chance to make a name for yourself in this market and backed by a supportive Director and team.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships
* Meet key decision makers across sectors
* Produce quotations and negotiate contracts
* Work closely with in-house technical teams

To be successful in your application you must have been selling a product into the Construction sector already

Salary GBP30k – GBP35k plus car or allowance and bonus structure
Benefits include, health options, insurance
Monday – Friday 0900 – 1700
Open to more flexible options if needed
