You will work in an agile environment with a fantastic scrum team, using innovative analytics solutions and technologies (SAC, Success Factors/ HCM reporting
, Business Data Cloud, AI)
. You will have regular touchpoints with HR and other functional teams to work on next generation concepts and solutions for SAP’s organization and people.
Your responsibilities include:
-Understand business demand and translate into analytical solutions
-Consult internal customers when it comes to reporting and analytics solutions
-Work with next generation analytics and AI technology to create impactful solutions
-Conduct functional and technical refinements to help developing an implementation plan with agile team/ Product Owner
-Work on provisioning of analytical assets leveraging our SAP applications like SAP Analytics Cloud
-Identify and develop metrics, reports and e.g. dashboard visualization of trends and patterns that aid in data storytelling
-Building and maintaining partnerships with internal customers and partners
What you bring:
-Familiar with basic Agile framework or proficiency and experience in project management
-Knowledge of UX Design or Design Thinking is a plus
-Curiosity and strong interest in HR processes and strategies and analytics
-Relevant knowledge in the HR domain (strategy, processes, functions)
-Affinity with/ knowledge of headcount forecast, budget planning and similar processes is a plus
-3+ years of functional experience in HR, HR applications or analytics context is a plus
-First experience in analytics (technical review, implementation and configuration) is a plus
-Application experience of SAP and non-SAP technologies (ideally Analytics and HR solutions)
-Effective communication, networking, and facilitation skills on all seniority levels across business unit boundaries
