What you’ll build:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to support our commercial activities, gain hands-on experience with enterprise software, and contribute directly to the success of strategic transformation projects.
You will work closely with our BTM team to:
-Support sales teams with quotes, pricing, and internal processes
-Create, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards (Excel, internal tools)
-Manage and organize commercial data and files to ensure their accuracy and reliability
-Ensure the quality of data and CRM reporting
-Prepare materials for internal and client use (presentations, briefs)
-Identify opportunities to optimize, simplify, or automate existing processes
-Assist sales managers with business planning and performance tracking
What you bring:
-Practical experience within a high-impact, strategic sales team
-Direct exposure to leading transformation tools (Signavio, LeanIX) and SAP’s enterprise sales approach

Your Profile:
-Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
-Very comfortable with Excel (a must)
-Curious, autonomous, and eager to learn
-Interest in digital transformation, enterprise software, or SaaS
-Fluent in French and English ( B2/ C1/ native), both written and spoken; other languages are a plus
-Good command of PowerPoint and Excel
-Educational background in business / sales
Where you belong:
This fixed-term position is primarily focused on Sales Operations. Depending on your performance, autonomy, and interest, you may also:
-Contribute to demand generation initiatives
-Support pipeline creation and participate in sales projects beyond operations
You will also support the Sales Director with all activities relating to team management and mid-term business planning.
Join the Business Transformation Management (BTM) team at SAP, supporting the sales of Signavio and LeanIX solutions. These tools are at the core of our customers’ organizational transformation and help deliver real added value to their business.
Duration: 6 months, renewable
Start date: March 2026 (Q1)
Remuneration aligned with the collective agreement (Convention SYNTEC) and SAP salary grid.
