Your New Role…

The People & Culture Partner plays a pivotal role in shaping an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing people culture across the Italian organization. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, the role combines strategic HR leadership with a strong hands-on, people-focused approach, supporting diverse employee populations within a dynamic and creative entertainment environment.

This is a fixed term role covering maternity leave.

Your Role Accountabilities…

Strategic People & Culture Partnering

  • Act as a trusted People & Culture advisor, shaping people strategies that enhance engagement, performance, and employee experience.
  • Influence organizational decisions by integrating people, culture, and business perspectives
  • Translate global People & Culture frameworks into locally relevant initiatives that resonate with Italian teams and studios & streaming operations.
  • Coach and support people managers in developing inclusive leadership behaviors, strong communication skills, and effective people management practices.
  • Partner with leaders to address organizational challenges, promote accountability, and strengthen team effectiveness.

Employee Relations & Workforce Management

  • Lead and oversee employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes in line with Italian labor law and company values.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex employee relations cases, working collaboratively with Legal and external advisors when required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with social partners and works councils, where applicable.

Talent, Performance & Succession

  • Support annual talent and performance cycles, including performance reviews, talent mapping, and succession planning.
  • Partner with leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent and critical roles within the Italian organization.
  • Support retention strategies by addressing career development, engagement, and employee experience drivers.

Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Lead people-related aspects of change initiatives (e.g. organizational transformation, restructuring).
  • Use people data and insights to identify trends and proactively propose actions to improve organizational health and effectiveness.
  • Balance global change initiatives with local cultural and operational realities.
  • Act as a hands-on practitioner across all HR areas, ensuring efficient and effective handling of employee relations matters (workplace policies, mobility, disciplinary actions…).
  • Collaborate with Facilities to support workspace management and office events, fostering a positive and functional work environment.
  • Manage internal systems and processes for employee and supplier data (SAP, Workday), including supplier master data creation, purchase order (PO) management, and employee data administration.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a multinational, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong expertise in Italian labor law and employee relations, including managing complex ER matters.
  • Demonstrated experience in culture transformation, inclusion initiatives, and leadership development.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a credible, strategic partner.
  • Experience supporting both frontline and corporate populations.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
