The Commercial Marketing Executive (eOff Trade) is a pivotal role that leads the company’s key accounts hand in hand with the Commercial/KAM team, acting as a strategic business partner to ensure sustained growth. The role defines aligned, account specific strategies—tailored messages, plans and activations for each customer—grounded in a strong analytical profile that systematically analyzes account performance, market dynamics and profitability.

The CME presents market results clearly to internal and external stakeholders and maintains direct relationships with key clients to translate insights into action and execution excellence across channel. In addition, the CME is responsible for the commercial marketing plan and brand strategy in the channel, and for coordinating implementation with Sales, Purchasing and external agencies.

Responsible to develop the channel strategy in their accounts and provide the knowledge to the sales team for activation. Share the category vision that drives sustainable growth for SGS and help shape our growth strategies and deliver commercial and brand priorities with Marketing & Sales team. 

A true team player, this person is responsible for defining and tacking the Channel plan and involve the customer relationship through a clear channel strategy vision.

Role Responsibilities

CHANNEL VISION

-Defines, activates, and monitors plans for ND and Rotation of our products in the Channel OffTrade/eCommerce to ensure that consumers find our brands.
-Responsible for the correct implementation and execution of the National Comercial Marketing Plan for its brands, ensuring excellent indicators of quality, efficiency, and availability.
-Contributes to an active and keyway in the definition of the Growth Plan, Annual Plan with key local & international stakeholders.
KEY ACCOUNT LEADERSHIP

-Lead and manage a group of company’s key accounts, acting as a strategic partner to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
-Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) as a business partner, providing tailored strategies and actions for each account.
GROWTH INITIATIVES IN CUSTOMERS

-Lead the implementation of agreed promotional and Visibility activities with the commercial team across customers, in order to maximize sales and achieve brand objectives.
-Accountable for Customers and RGM (volume, rotation, purchase frequency, investments, and Customer Gross Profit / contribution…)
BRAND PLAN ACTIVATION

-Responsible to create, coordinate and supervise in detail the creation of promotion & activations, and its implementation in the channel: sales team, marketing, purchase, finance… to ensure excellence and timely execution.
-Lead Brand plan performance in the eOff trade channels and align the brand portfolio / positioning and strategy with a channel vision
-Develop POS materials to increase brand presence and adjust it to the different format requirements in the market.
MARKET & COMPETITORS ANALYSIS

-Present market results and insights effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
-Ensure discipline on programs evaluation thru success metrics criteria to allow learnings development and continuous Improvement on brand business performance.
-Provide holistic understanding of drivers and detractors (6Ps) of the category, our brands and the key competitor brands, the assumptions of their mid-term strategy and priorities and provide in-depth quarterly reviews of the performance.
STRATEGY FOCUSED ON CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS.

-Develop and align channel plans with customers strategy
-Lead preparation and delivery of range reviews where applicable
POS MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION

-Define and track the annual POS Plan in collaboration with the marketing and commercial teams
-Teamworking with Purchasing department, sales team, marketing, for the correct implementation and evolution of the plans.
-Coordinate in store activations from PoS materials production to brand prescription activities, events, etc.
-Develop PoS tools for sales reps teams
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

-Administrative management of the processes intrinsic to his/her responsibilities.                 
-Coordination of international visitor events.                                               
-Demonstrate with professionalism the observable behaviours defined for your business role, complying with the company’s standards for health, safety, security, data handling and protection, IT equipment and company policies and codes of ethics.                                                
-Be an example of the corporate values, internally and externally, being responsible for their image in the market.
 

Qualifications
-+5 years work experience
-+3 years in Trade Marketing 
-University Degree. Additional Master will be considered positively.
-Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Spoken)
-Proven experience managing large accounts and acting as a strategic partner to KAMs.
-Strong analytical profile with ability to adapt messages and actions to each account.
-Commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
-Database knowledge (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar)
-Advanced analytical capabilities (strong aptitude for statistics, mathematics or business analytics)
-Ability to build clear, insight-led presentations by aggregating data from multiple sources (e.g., syndicated panels, internal sell-in/sales, and client sell-out data), turning analyses into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and key customers.
-Experience coordinating Plans to the sales team.
-Experience with Customers Plans
-Experience with agency management
-Demonstrate a digital first approach to brand building.
-Advanced Computer Literacy in Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
