This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the South East’s leading RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of design services to the residential, heritage, commercial, and education sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architect to join their expanding team in Canterbury.

Duties for the role of Architect include:

* Take ownership of projects throughout all RIBA work stages
* Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals
* Produce detailed design documentation and technically robust packages
* Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget

Skills and experience for the role of Architect:

* ARB registered
* Strong Post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
* Proficient with Revit
* Strong experience working on projects within the residential sector
* Strong experience working from RIBA stages 4 onwards
* Strong technical and design skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Canterbury area
