Job Title: Associate BSM Advisor I

Pay Rate: $57,120.00 – $70,560.00

In Business Support Materials (BSM) Administration, we provide guidance, training, and enforcement related to Amway’s messaging and presentation of the Amway Opportunity. We seek team members with strong communication and collaboration skills, strong time management, the ability to prioritize, and a passion for innovation and engagement. You will act as a critical point of contact for Independent Business Owners (IBOs) and Approved Providers (APs) to ensure compliant messaging and support updates as needed.
The BSM Advisor is responsible for ensuring that the content of training, education, and motivational materials developed by IBOs and APs complies with Amway’s Rules of Conduct and Content Standards. The BSM Advisor manages reviews and casework and helps develop and deliver training. Negotiation skills are important in this role to manage objections and reach acceptable, compliant solutions. You will regularly interact with senior IBO leaders, representatives, vendors, and internal and affiliate staff concerning content issues in business materials.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience working in a customer support or sales environment
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)

• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically
• Ability to communicate with diplomacy, professionalism, and tact, particularly in conflict resolution
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to accurately convey messages

• Ability to understand needs through attentive listening and thoughtful questions
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment
