The ideal candidate has strong leadership competencies, is analytical, can engage with many stakeholders, and has a proven track record from leading strategy consultancies or strategy departments.
About the department and the people
Novo Nordisk Consulting is Novo Nordisk’s in-house management consultancy reporting directly to Executive Management. Our projects provide exposure to Senior Management for all team members and the unit is recognised as a key talent incubator in Novo Nordisk with a strong track record for exporting talents to management positions across the organisation. We develop our talents by continuously investing in both personal and professional development and strive to offer a similar steep learning curve as in top-tier consultancies. You will join a young, dynamic team of +25 employees with diverse backgrounds.

Our team is working on exciting and diverse strategy projects ranging from evaluating new therapeutic areas, developing digital solutions for patients, advancing our sustainability ambition to assessing potential acquisition targets. You will be exposed to different organisational units throughout Novo Nordisk in Denmark and globally, building a strong international network and developing your leadership, methodical and personal skills, guided by our project tools and methodologies. Further, we expect you to take an active role in the continuous development of the department regardless of your role and tenure.
