Business Unit Manager – Governmental Programs (Netherlands)

For an international, service-driven organisation operating at the intersection of government, trade and compliance, we are looking for a Business Unit Manager to lead and grow Governmental Programs in the Netherlands.

In this senior leadership role, you carry full responsibility for commercial performance, operations, quality and compliance. You lead a multidisciplinary local team, drive growth initiatives, optimise processes and act as a key interface between governmental clients, internal stakeholders and international counterparts.

Key responsibilities

Full P&L ownership for Governmental Programs in the Netherlands

Lead and develop the local sales and operational teams
*

Drive growth, profitability and service excellence
*

Optimise processes for certificates, service requests, billing and collections
*

Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal and security requirements
*

Act as senior point of contact for governmental clients and stakeholders
*

Translate strategy into operational and financial results

Your profile

University degree or equivalent professional level
*

5+ years of management experience leading medium to large teams
*

Strong commercial and operational background in international services
*

Experience with government-facing or regulated environments is a plus
*

Decisive, analytical, communicative and results-driven
*

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
