We are looking for a passionate Butler to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be responsible for delivering highly personalized, discreet, and anticipatory service to guests, ensuring an exceptional and memorable stay. This role requires impeccable attention to detail, a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards, and the ability to create bespoke experiences tailored to individual guest preferences.
Key expectations:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations and services
- Maintain a discreet and professional presence at all times
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, coordinating with other departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B) to ensure flawless service delivery
- Arrange dining reservations, spa appointments, transportation, and special request
- Ensure guest rooms and suites are impeccably prepared according to luxury standards
- Handle packing, unpacking, and wardrobe organization upon request
- Uphold the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding guest information
Profile:
- Previous experience as a Butler or in luxury hospitality (5-star or ultra-luxury environment)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing guest needs
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
