We are looking for a passionate Commis de Rang to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a refined, ultra-luxury environment. This position supports the Chef de Rang and the service team in ensuring flawless table service, attention to detail, and personalised guest care.
Key expectations:
- Assist the Chef de Rang in preparing the station and ensuring readiness for service.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation of mise en place and service areas.
- Support in presenting menus, serving dishes, and clearing tables with precision and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide courteous, professional assistance at all times.
- Uphold hotel standards for luxury service, etiquette, and presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure seamless service flow
Profile:
- Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team spirit and positive, professional attitude
