As part of our mission to become a company that is “easier to work with” and “easier to work for,” the Business Owner for the B2B Webshop and CRM will lead both programs by defining their strategic business visions, determining their Pictures of Success and roadmaps based on best practices, and establishing key business KPIs to track progress and demonstrate success.

For both programs, you will serve as a key stakeholder on the Agile project team, responsible for business outcomes and acting as the primary sponsor. With a customer- and user-centric mindset, you will ensure that the digital capabilities address both customer and business needs, maximizing the value these programs deliver.

What are we looking for?

  • You have 3+ years of experience in B2B Webshop platforms and/or CRM for sales teams.
  • You are skilled at managing communities across regions and markets, driving engagement, and gathering feedback in a complex, multi-market environment.
  • You navigate seamlessly between different stakeholders (business, markets, regions, digital teams, product owners) and can speak the same language as tech and Product Owners teams.
  • You have strong project management skills, and you’re comfortable working autonomously to drive business outcomes.
  • You are proactive in driving discussions, educating teams, and positioning these programs as showcases within the company.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Orchestrate the B2B Webshop and CRM product teams in alignment with the defined strategic vision.
  • Own the business direction of both programs and play a key role in defining priorities and core capabilities based on business needs.
  • Identify new opportunities for continuous improvement across other business teams and regions.
  • Manage program dependencies with other business teams (e.g., Digital Factory, PSR, PRO, VET, Customer Service, Media, Legal) and prioritize programs based on these dependencies.
  • Lead the B2B Webshop and CRM business communities.
  • Monitor program business KPIs and the Picture of Success, reporting progress to Global and Regional stakeholders.
  • Support the programs across Royal Canin by championing them in various forums (e.g., GLT, DLT, Demand Forums) to ensure they are known, understood, and supported.
  • Partner with Regions by analyzing market results with the help of Regional Functional Experts and Regional DT Leads, and provide recommendations for cost savings from sales efficiency, focusing on funding new capabilities.
