Your Tasks:

• Development, organisation and implementation of learning and development measures, including onboarding, brand and management training
• Analysis of training and development needs in close cooperation with managers
• Coordination of internal and external training courses as well as documentation and evaluation of measures
• Holistic support for the employee lifecycle (new hires, departures, transfers, contract changes)
• Support in the recruiting process, including applicant management and interviews
• Contact person for employees and managers in personnel-related matters

Your Profile:

• Completed training and previous experience in HR
• Experience in the hotel industry is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, flexibility and resilience

The minimum monthly salary for this position is 2263,00€ gross per month according to Austria´s collective Agreeement.

The willingness to overpay is of course given for this position and depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
