Your Role

As a Senior Business Processes Consultant in the SAP Customer Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, optimizing or safeguarding business processes for our clients. You will leverage your deep functional and technical expertise to deliver innovative SAP CX solutions, mentor junior colleagues, and drive successful project outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

-Lead and deliver consulting engagements, translating customer requirements into effective SAP CX solutions.
-Design and map end-to-end business processes, focusing on Lead-to-Cash, Service and related domains.
-Facilitate workshops, trainings, and solution reviews for customers and partners.
-Oversee solution configuration, integration, and testing, ensuring high-quality delivery.’

-Support the customer during end user test phase, training phase, cut over tasks and hyper care.
-Document the implemented functions properly for a handover.
-Support the set up and presentation of solution demos for a customer.
-Support proof-of-concept implementation for a customer.
-Feedback Loop to our product team and support department
-Support pre-sales activities and contribute to project acquisition.
-Drive change management and adoption of SAP CX innovations.
-Develop templates, best practices, and service delivery artifacts to optimize processes.
-Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
-Act as a subject matter expert in at least one SAP CX solution area.
-Engage in escalated projects and provide guidance in complex scenarios.
-Contribute to internal communities, sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.
 

Your Profile

-Strong communication and presentation skills.
-Comfortable working in international customer teams.
-Functional Experience:
type=”disc”-
-Several years of hands-on experience with SAP Customer Experience solutions (ideally 3–7 years).
-Strong understanding of business processes in sales, service, marketing, loyalty, and customer data management.
-Proven track record in service delivery or customer-facing roles.
-Technical Skills:
type=”disc”-
-Solid knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integration and extensibility.
-Familiarity with AI concepts and their application in SAP CX is a plus.
-Education & Certification:

-University degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
-SAP CX certification(s) preferred.
 

Languages:

-Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
