We are looking for a
Business Engineer
(based in SWEP Slovakia, Kechnec)
 
As a Business Engineer, you will:
•    Interact with customers at all levels and work in partnership to translate needs into actions. Act as SWEP representative at customers, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and relevant events
•    Execute product selection and quoting to support our market representatives
•    Commercial and advanced technical support for all types of SWEP customers, such as selections optimized from both technical and commercial aspects, thermodynamic calculations, customizing and claim processes
•    Provide internal and external training in selection software program and in own field of expertise
•    Evaluation of requests for material specifications and certifications: Lead and drive the admin work to ensure the information is provided and verified to meet customer requirements
•    Be responsible and lead quality audits, supporting Customers’ visits at SWEP
•    Self-driven in customer and market research
•    Participate in SWEP internal projects, and projects related to dedicated customers and act as a project leader when applicable and required
•    Participate in implementing the setup of new products
•    Keep up to date with new trends and technological developments in the market to continuously maintain and grow your business acumen and knowledge

 
We are looking for candidates ideally demonstrating:

-Analytical skills and good communication skills
-Self-driven and commercial/business-oriented skills
-Ability to create and develop networks, both internal and external
-Ability to manage and lead projects and processes
-Some experience in a position with knowledge in heat transfer, thermodynamics and relevant applications
 

You need to be fluent in English and Slovak language.

Fluency in Polish language is an advantage.

We also expect you are:

-Independent 
 
You should also have:

-University degree or comparable education in technical engineering
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
-Basic understanding of calculation tools
