About the Role

We are supporting a major, multi-year Product Development Program running until 2029 and are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Coordinator. This role offers exceptional stability, visibility, and the opportunity to operate at the heart of a 15-20-person IT project team.

You will ensure alignment between IT, project teams, and leadership stakeholders, steering communication, follow-up, and coordination across the program.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day activities across the product development project
*

Manage workflows, tickets, and project processes in Jira (must-have)
*

Drive communication between IT, PMO, and leadership stakeholders
*

Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deadlines
*

Support project reporting and documentation
*

Use SQL to gather data, validate information, and support reporting needs
*

Maintain clear oversight of timelines and deliverables
*

Ensure efficient collaboration across a 15-20-person IT team

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in software / product development
*

Strong hands-on experience with Jira
*

Working knowledge of SQL
*

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills
*

Based in the Netherlands (must)
*

Full-time availability preferred
*

Strong English communication skills
