Requisiti formativi:

  • Laurea Magistrale in materie scientifiche (CTF, Biotecnologie o affini);
  • Master in Marketing Farmaceutico in corso o percorsi affini (requisito preferibile ma non mandatorio);

Altri requisiti preferenziali:

  • Laureati in Economia o Marketing;
  • Ottime conoscenze Pacchetto Office;
  • Interesse nei confronti del Marketing applicato al contesto farmaceutico.

Requisiti linguistici: fluente in inglese e in italiano sia scritto che parlato;

Data di inizio presunta: Gennaio 2026

Durata: 6 mesi

Contesto

La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team marketing oral di ViiV Healthcare, a stretto contatto con il Brand Manager dell’area. Attraverso l’affiancamento del tutor aziendale, la risorsa sarà guidata nella localizzazione di specifiche campagne global multichannel in ambito HIV e nella definizione di un piano comunicazionale per la rete di informazione scientifica. Inoltre, l’introduzione alle analisi di mercato e la realizzazione di presentazioni marketing funzionali alle strategie di prodotto, permetteranno al candidato/a di acquisire le conoscenze base del maketing mix rivolta alla gestione di un prodotto pharma Rx.

Lo/la stagista imparerà a lavorare in un ambiente complesso e a matrice, all’interno di processi strutturati che coinvolgono più funzioni aziendali.

Obiettivi e modalità di svolgimento:

  • Localizzazione di materiali promozionali e di awareness (upload, revisione ed approvazione nel portale approvativo aziendale)
  • Creazione di slides a supporto della comunicazione nei meeting
  • Supporto al Brand Manager nell’analisi dei dati derivanti da analisi di mercato e report esterni
  • Supporto al Brand Manager nell’execution del piano di marketing

Competenze da sviluppare:

  • lo scenario di gestione di un prodotto specialistico in Italia;
  • le dinamiche del team di Marketing in una multinazionale farmaceutica;
  • il contenuto scientifico legato ai a ViiV in Italia;
  • il contesto legislativo e di govenance farmaceutica nazionale e regionale;
  • il sistema di norme interne a ViiV;
  • il lavoro interdiscliplinare e la coordinazione tra diversi dipartimenti in un contesto aziendale reale.
