Job Title: Architect

Location: Kilby
Salary: GBP30,000 – GBP40,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving architectural practice who offer excellent interior and architectural design services to the commercial and retail sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented Architect to join their expanding team in their Kilby offices.

Duties for the role of Architect include:
* Develop concept designs and technical drawings
* Assist with project coordination alongside Senior members of staff
* Work on retail and commercial projects from inception through to completion
* Work on planning applications and building regulations
* Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure successful delivery of projects
Skills and experience for the role of Architect:
* ARB registered
* Relevant post part 3 qualification experience as an Architect
* Proficiency with Vectorworks
* Experience working on retail and commercial projects
* Excellent drawing and design skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to Kilby
* Full UK Driver’s License
