Managing Director

David’s Tent is a movement of worshippers with a heart to see the UK and beyond offering sacrificial praise and worship to Jesus. Each year, thousands gather for our 72-hour worship festival and other smaller gatherings that inspire prayer, discipleship, and unity in the body of Christ. As we look to the future, we are seeking a Managing Director to help steward our vision and culture, and to lead the organisation into its next season of growth and impact.

This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership and operational oversight with a deep commitment to following and worshipping Jesus. The Managing Director will work closely with the Board of Trustees to shape and deliver the long-term vision of David’s Tent, oversee day-to-day operations, ensure financial sustainability, and cultivate a loving and faith-filled culture among staff, volunteers, and partners.

We are looking for a leader who:

• Is a committed Christian, passionate about worship and prayer.
• Has proven experience in senior leadership and organisational management.
• Brings strong financial acumen.
• Can inspire others, communicate clearly, and build strong relationships.
• Leads with humility, integrity, and servant-heartedness.
