Job Title: Architectural Technician

Salary: GBP30,000 – GBP35,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplinary practice who offer a wide range of expertise to the residential and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Architectural Technician to join their Bolton office.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
* Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
* Submit planning and building regulation applications
* Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met
* Provide architectural design services and project management to commercial projects
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Proficient with Revit
* Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Job running experience
* Strong technical and design skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Bolton area
