Head of Data & Analytics Operations (f/m/d)

Workload: 80–100%

Join us to shape the future of energy through data-driven innovation and strategic leadership. As the operational deputy to our CDAO, you’ll drive transformational initiatives that build tomorrow’s AI capabilities. This position can be filled in the DACH region.

What you will do:

  • Lead end-to-end program and project management for key Data & Analytics initiatives across the business area
  • Own and evolve the Data & Analytics operating model, including frameworks, processes, and collaboration standards
  • Drive portfolio planning, budget oversight, prioritization, and benefit realization for all DnA projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across business, data, and IT teams to ensure aligned delivery
  • Prepare executive-level briefings and serve as interface to enabling functions for operational coordination
  • Guide the organization’s progression toward AI readiness and enterprise adoption of GenAI technologies

What you bring & who you are:

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience managing complex data and analytics projects/programs
  • Proven track record in program and portfolio management within the data and analytics space
  • Strong organizational leadership with ability to drive projects without formal line authority
  • Experience in product management beyond project delivery and knowledge of data governance best practices
  • Ideally, MBA or executive education focused on strategy and implementation
