Social Media & Marketing Officer

London Seminary is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Marketing Officer to join our development team in Finchley, North London.

This full-time role is ideal for someone starting out in social media management and marketing, you would have experience running social media for yourself, a church, charity, or other Christian organisation. You will have the confidence to create engaging content, film and edit short videos, and communicate effectively through newsletters, advertising, and other publicity.

We are looking for someone who is not only skilled but also shares our commitment to the gospel and to training the next generation of pastors and Christian workers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day posting across London Seminary’s social media channels.

• Developing and delivering creative campaigns that reflect our mission.

• Producing and editing short films and visual content.

• Designing and writing publicity materials, advertisements, and newsletters.

• Running paid advertising campaigns and tracking analytics.

• Managing and updating our website (WordPress).

• Working closely with the Development Team and COO

We are looking for someone who has:

• Some experience running social media for a church, charity, or Christian organisation.

• Confidence with filming, editing, and design tools.

• Strong writing skills for publicity, newsletters, and ad copy.

• Familiarity with website management (WordPress).

• Enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Salary: £28,000
Location: Finchley, North London (full-time, on-site)
