Our Ghent office is pivotal in overseeing service coordination and managing customer relations, especially for clients in Czechia and Lithuania. As we continue to expand, we are looking to add dedicated professionals to our team to help us maintain our high standards of service excellence.Position Overview:In your role as a Service Coordinator, you will be the primary liaison for our Czech- and Lithuanian-speaking customers. You will handle their service inquiries, coordinate repair and maintenance appointments, and ensure smooth communication between all parties, including customers, dealerships, and our internal teams. Your contribution will be essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient service delivery.This position features a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work 2 days a week in the office in Ghent and 3 days remotely, providing a balance between flexibility and in-person collaboration with your team.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for Czech- and Lithuanian-speaking customers, managing inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Coordinate service and maintenance schedules between customers and dealerships.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication among customers, service teams, and dealerships.
- Monitor and manage the progress of service requests, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers post-service to confirm their satisfaction and address any additional issues.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal departments for resolution.
- Provide regular updates to customers about their service request status.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service histories, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service processes based on customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Czech and Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is required.
- Experience in customer service, service coordination, or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest or experience in the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and general office software (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
