As part of a company-wide digital transformation program, our client is implementing a new Enterprise Content Management (ECM) strategy and modernizing its Document Management System (DMS).In this context, we are looking for a Business/Functional Analyst.Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
• Analyze data and business needs.
• Assist in data migration preparation and data cleansing.
• Support the implementation of data governance frameworks.
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assess existing and proposed solutions, highlighting challenges, risks, and business impact.
• Define functional specifications for proposed solutions.
• Estimate costs and identify potential savings.
• Simplify technical information and translate complex terms for easy understanding.
• Participate in the implementation and testing of solutions.
• Support change management and ensure a smooth transition.
• Ensure the system meets non-functional requirements, including efficiency, scalability, security, and flexibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Master’s level knowledge or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, particularly in DMS implementation projects.
• Strong data modeling skills (UML and/or BPMN).
• Experience in user story creation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Knowledge of design and engineering is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to align with senior management’s strategic direction.
• Proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Capable of executing tasks without constant supervision.
