Location: TwickenhamA highly reputable primary school in Twickenham is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to join its permanent teaching staff from April 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator or an ambitious Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to work in a supportive and high-achieving school environment.The Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge pupils. They will work closely with colleagues to maintain the school’s high standards of teaching and learning, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for all children.
  • Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and events.

Person Specification:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (desirable but not essential for ECTs).
  • A passion for primary education and a commitment to nurturing each child’s potential.
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive approach to professional development and a willingness to contribute to school life beyond the classroom.
