The position
As our Senior HR Consultant at Novo Nordisk, you will actively participate in optimizing HR processes and services by focusing on simplifying and standardizing processes and tasks.
Your main accountabilities will include:
• Provide administrative and operational support and handle inquiries from LoB related to the employee lifecycle and HR systems.
• Ensure HR Operations Effectiveness by optimising HR operational processes and services.
• Coordinate HR projects.
• Conduct Analysis and Data Governance.
• Drive internal employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with P&O colleagues across the globe (Local P&O teams, Mobility Services, Total Rewards) as well as external vendors.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role we expect you to have:
• Bachelor/ or master’s degree in business, HR, psychology or similar area or relevant experience and/or certification specialized in HR.
• Solid experience within HR (at least 3-5 years), preferably from HR Operations or HR Analytics.
• Experience with employment law and conditions.
• Experience in working on the projects (for ex: implementing new process, new HR tools, internal employer branding project, events etc.).
• Experience with SAP HR or Employee Central preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in PC applications and different HR IT systems.
• Ideally cross-cultural experience working closely with colleagues in different countries around the.

You will join the People & Organisation team, contributing to P&O Team in Warsaw Hub and the entire Business Area (BA) East.
