The position

As a Site Project Portfolio Manager at Novo Nordisk Hillerød, you will:

-Manage the overall project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, priorities, and resource allocation.
-Be a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for project portfolio stakeholders, providing regular updates and maintaining strong relationships.
-Drive and develop local portfolio management processes while also seeking to influence and optimize global NN standards.
-Lead communications for business area stakeholders related to overall project portfolio strategy and execution.
-Support and challenge key decisions makers within the project portfolio management framework.
-Create effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to drive the portfolio management.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

-Solid project portfolio management experience (+10 years), i.e., from consultancy, leading PMO or implementing and driving PMO processes in large and complex organizations.
-Training and experience in project portfolio management.
-Informal leadership with a consultancy mindset.
-Understanding of complex systems, programs, and projects.
-Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Language skills fluent Danish and English, both spoken and written.
-An academic degree at master’s level is required.
