The Position

As a People Manager for our Procurement team at Novo Nordisk, you will:

-Manage a team of 10-15 people, ensuring their well-being and productivity. Develop a cohesive team culture by facilitating collaboration.
-Have the overall responsibility for procurement in API.
-Support the project organisation with procurement support and procurement management. Oversee indirect spend and support procurement managers in the team.
-Maintain effective stakeholder management and engage in product/service sourcing, supplier selection, pricing/terms negotiation, order processing, contract administration, and supplier performance management.
 

Qualifications

We realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:

-A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
-Some years of experience as a people leader, with knowledge of procurement processes being beneficial.
-Proven experience in team development and management, with the ability to set strategic direction and handle stakeholders effectively.
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
-Proficiency in English is required.

Join a highly engaged and professional Business Support department which consist of 4 teams API Manufacturing Finance, API Procurement, API Expansions Finance and API BS Future Operation. The department is in Kalundborg, Denmark where we strive to create a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere.
