Your role & responsibilities:
- Tracking of incoming customer orders, entering and processing order data with verifying its accuracy
- Sending out order confirmations to customers
- Maintaining and updating price details information in SAP
- Daily communication and coordination with sales team in headquarter
- Handling and resolving customer disputes efficiently in SAP
- Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution
- Maintaining accurate records of dispute cases and outcomes
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Professional experience in similar position
- Good English skills; German will be an asset
- Good knowledge on Excel; SAP will be an asset
- Successfully completed economic education or similar
- Strong communication skills with team player skills
- Good organizational skills
- Willingness to work in an international environment
