As a Regional Planning Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless planning operations, optimizing advanced tools, and driving regional collaboration. Representing HQ, you will foster collaboration between regional and local teams while identifying best practices, delivering targeted training, and ensuring continuous improvement across the planning ecosystem.

- PLANNING SUPPORT AND VERIFICATION
- You will provide first-level planning support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of planning results. By validating data integrity and ensuring the timely submission of demand and supply plans, you will maintain operational excellence in the region.
- INSIGHTS AND PERFORMANCE ANALYSES
- Leverage your analytical expertise to create regional dashboards and monitor KPIs. Deliver actionable insights through detailed analysis, offering explanations for plan deviations and highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION
- As a key link between HQ and regional teams, you will represent HQ in discussions, facilitate collaboration, and align objectives across planning operations. You’ll address challenges proactively, ensuring all voices are heard and processes optimized.
- TRAINING AND DOCUMENTATION
- Empower regional teams by conducting targeted training sessions and bridging knowledge gaps. Develop comprehensive documentation for planning processes, tools, and regional best practices, ensuring accessibility and up-to-date resources for all stakeholders.
- CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Drive innovation in S&OP processes by conducting regular assessments and sharing best practices within the planning community. Stay informed on industry advancements to enhance regional planning methodologies and foster continuous improvement.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 5+ years of professional experience in an international supply chain role, with a strong focus on planning.
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong focus on logistics, operations management, supply chain management, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of SAP applications (APO, IBP, BI) and advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Organizational talent and a team-player attitude to drive alignment and results.
- Experience in assessing S&OP processes and implementing improvements.
- Travel 20-30%
