The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and conducting workshops, interviewing representative samples, analyzing collected data using specialized tools, and presenting findings to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct interviews and workshops with end users.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using dedicated software.
  • Create clear and detailed reports for presenting findings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify use cases and key insights to improve company processes and products.
  • Degree in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Interaction Design, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in user research or human-centered design activities.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). [C1+]
  • Ability to design and facilitate collaborative workshops.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into accessible reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Human Factors methodologies and User Experience (UX).
  • Experience in projects related to automotive, technology, or Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI).
  • Familiarity with frameworks for developing user cases and scenarios.
