Your profile
We are looking for an experienced business professional to join our team with at least 30 hours per week. This position requires the ability to work in a team and independently on complex projects:
- Close cooperation with the management board
- Strong focus on HR issues and figures
- Taking on tasks in the areas of personnel accounting, ICT and purchasing
- Support of the CFO in finance, controlling and legal
- Support and further development of strategic business processes and quality management
- Office management and coordination tasks
Your qualifications
- Completed business administration education (university or university of applied sciences)
- In-depth experience in operations management, quality management, human resources management topics and finance
- Very good project management skills and IT user knowledge
- Fluent in German and English
- High team and communication skills as well as high standards of quality and service
- Solution-oriented, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
Salary
Your experience counts: Based on your qualifications and professional experience, we agree on your actual salary together during the application process. The gross annual salary for 38.5 hours per week starts at EUR 60.000 per year for this position.
