Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Global Stakeholder Integrator who is agile, strategic and a strong communicator cross-functionally to join us in our one of our Rheumatology asset teams, based in our headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.About the role:You will lead the Stakeholder Integrator Sub Team, developing and implementing long-term asset strategies within the therapeutic area of Rheumatology. In your role you will be accountable that the asset progresses towards the market with a cohesive and compelling integrated value proposition (Commercial, Medical, Access) in close collaboration with the Asset Team and subteams and with our alliance partner on this program. This is achieved through an in-depth understanding and insights into external stakeholders (HCP, Patients, Payers) needs and motivations, market dynamics (including competitive intelligence), and the state of relevant technologies. The role aims to impact key outcomes, potential value to society, and contribute to UCB’s leadership in the disease state and overall.Who you’ll work with:You will collaborate with various stakeholders in UCB and with your counterparts of our industry partner to ensure the asset meets the needs of patients and society effectively.What you’ll do:
- Lead the development and delivery of the global long-term Asset strategy
- Strategically position the Asset globally to accelerate market leadership
- Develop and own the global brand strategy
- Drive both assets long-range forecast and market sizing
- Develop and execute a communication plan strategy
- Manage collaboration with partner Biogen on the commercial strategy and plan.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
- MBA/BA/BS degree, with a scientific and business background preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years in progressively strategic leadership roles
- Experience in US Rheumatology market dynamics and Commercial leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse and complex matrix environment
- Experience in co-development and co-commercialization with collaborating biotech company; Alliance experience in co-development a/o co-promotion preferred
- Proven track record in Rheumatology area knowledge and experience
