The Social Sales and Marketing Executive at the Hilton London Tower Bridge analyses local market trends and competitor activity to generate revenue from Social events for the hotel. The role will be also responsible for the marketing, social media and e-commerce function at the hotel. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing the annual marketing plan, driving key objectives, current initiatives and relevant marketing activities for the hotel.
What will I be doing?
SOCIAL EVENTS
- Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunity for social events and report on any new hotel developments.
- Participate in monthly CFMs (Commercial Focus Meetings) and contribute to commercial strategies, leading the marketing conversation and agenda
- Prepare offers and contracts in accordance with current business
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience
- Attend Sales events, as required
- Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner; build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
- Plan all social events which are taking place at TwoRuba and prepare Banquet Event Orders. Ensure that all the information is accurate, confirmed and billing details documented and in line with the credit policy.
- Conduct Show rounds with clients in line with the company policy.
- Prepare relevant invoices & final bills and liaise with clients accordingly.
- Manage Group Masters post event to ensure full payment is received
- Manage & Maintain Administrative tasks on Delphi system
MARKETING
- To manage all on-line and social media activities for the hotel
- To conduct monthly checks booking websites ensuring that all content is accurate, up to date and highlights the unique selling points of the hotel and current promotions.
- Liaise with Regional Marketing – joint marketing/promotional opportunities and ensure that the hotel complies with all agreed central and regional marketing activities that are relevant to the hotel commercial strategy.
- Build strong relationships with local venues and partners
- To ensure strict compliance to brand standards in all artwork/graphic design/logos etc.
- To proof-read and vet all written materials for external customer use, ensuring a high quality is achieved.
- Oversee the consistency of all hotel communication tools in terms of design, copy, colour and adherence to brand standards.
