Besides leading on a day-to-day basis the accounting, controlling and reporting of our treasury centers you will enrich the team by applying your strong analytical skills on the new challenges put to our treasury accounting environment.How YOU can helpThe key responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Managing the reporting and controls for treasury accounting within the J&J treasury centers. This includes quarterly closure and reporting of the full balance sheet and profit and loss statement for some of our treasury centers.
  • Ensuring that accounting processes align with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements.
  • Participating in the analysis and reporting of results to J&J Corporate headquarters.
  • Collaborating across departments on various projects and daily operations with all treasury teams, including FX, investments and cash management.
  • Serving as a valuable business partner to internal stakeholders, such as country tax centers, corporate tax, corporate consolidations team, J&J affiliates, and external partners, including audit teams.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to optimize accounting, controlling, and reporting processes.
  • Providing support for a transformative finance project.

IT’S ALL ABOUT YOUWe would love to hear from YOU, if you have/are:

  • A Master’s degree in Economics or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of accountancy; knowledge of US GAAP and accounting of derivatives are an additional asset.
  • 3 to 5 years relevant finance experience.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • A team player and have a global mindset.
  • Accurate and have strong analytical skills.
  • Flexible, eager to learn, highly motivated, hands on and stress resistant.
  • Passionate about taking ownership and about moving on issues and questions towards resolution.
