  • Completed hbo education in HR
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR work experience
  • Good knowledge of employment law and legislation
  • You can work independently and know how to set priorities
  • You have a proactive attitude and a high sense of responsibility
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; both spoken and written
