The Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Retail M&A team is composed of c. 25 professionals directly present in two main offices (Italy and Germany). The sub-sectors covered by the team span Food & Beverage, Apparel, Luxury, Home and Personal Care, Healthcare, Gaming. The Core product focus of the Team is M&A but is also very active within Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets and Specialized Lending in core markets (Italy, Germany, Austria and CEE) with Origination and Execution capabilities

What you’ll be doing

• Support the day to day activities of the Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Retail team
• Conduct financial analysis, benchmarking and research of private and public companies
• Assist in preparation of internal and external materials and pitch books
• Participate in internal business calls and client meetings

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong demonstrated commitment and positive attitude
• Passion for the Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Retail sector
• Knowledge of basic corporate finance theoretical and practical concepts
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Basic proficiency on Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• Ability to comprehend basic financial transactions
• Technical analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Languages: Fluency in Italian and English; German proficiency (optional)
