About your future roleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Schemes Specialist to join our team and to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.Your local team will be based in Italy, but you will be part of the wider team of cross our European organisation.Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Understanding and managing Card Scheme rules and regulations, bulletin changes and translating them intro understandable business product requirements
- Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and leadership across the company regarding card scheme regulations
- Understanding and managing compliance requirements which arise from third parties including advising on any changes to our policies and procedures
- Working closely with Product and IT areas to build solutions that are compliant with Card Scheme rules
- Identifying potential compliance risks in our acquirer portfolio
- Empowering product teams with knowledge and tools through training sessions
- Serving as the go-to expert and liaison related to Card Scheme topics
