You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the Life The Nordic Tender & Contract team is looking for a great administrative supporter who can help us handling all product sample requests related to tenders as well as be our gatekeeper on users and access rights for our Vendavo system and supporting with ad hoc master data used for contract management. Your main duty is supporting the countries ensuring that samples are ordered, received, labeled and packed and shipped to customer within the deadline.The Nordic Pricing, Contracting and Tender Team is based in Ørestad, Copenhagen and is a great and diverse team of 21 colleagues with different backgrounds which creates a positive dynamic.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Order tender samples for local storage and label the tender samples in accordance with tender instructions
  • Coordinate between Business, Strategist and Tender Specialist in cases where the needed products are not available
  • Shipping the tender samples in accordance with tender instructions and ensure to meet the deadline
  • Keep the local storage up to date incl. scraping expired products, returning not needed products, handle return flow from customers etc.
  • Facilitate, coordinate and follow-up quarterly cycle counts
  • Administrate Nordic access requests in Vendavo and investigation and correcting broken workflows
  • Update local information needed for e-commerce catalogues

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience from administrative functions
  • Fluent in one of the Nordic languages as well as excellent English written & verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Detail oriented with excellent time management, workload management & prioritization skills
  • Understand process flows and follow them
  • Communicate across all levels of the organization and with all stakeholders
  • Collaboration skills in order to gather necessary information and build trust
