What You’ll Do:

This role has responsibility and ownership of the sales and business operations processes for the Football Events Hospitality team. This will include establishing critical processes, for example, developing business and customer-related dashboards, metrics, and analytics. As well as ensuring that the resulting data trends and insights can be leveraged in optimizing revenue growth, customer satisfaction and strategic decision making for the business unit.

  • Create/ review and select the relevant support systems (CRM, websites) and ensure they operate smoothly to generate leads and align with our quality standards
  • Manage ticket delivery process for events
  • Maximise the efficiency of all business procedures
  • Generate performance dashboards that encompass key metrics in order to drive and manage the business
  • Develop strong, productive relationships across peer organizations that further our business objectives
  • Support sales leadership with account allocation analysis as well as territory analysis and definition, including managing account allocation within CRM
  • Act as business owner for the CRM system interfacing with IT and the sales teams to ensure the system is fit for purpose as an effective sales enablement tool
  • Manage sales process development and optimisation
  • Develop appropriate reporting on key metrics and business analytics to provide accurate, real-time visibility of team performance
  • Provision of required reporting, analytics and business intelligence
  • Ensure availability and provision of relevant bookings, pipeline and forecast reports and dashboards to sales management
  • Assists sales management with specific report and dashboards requests to support strategic and tactical initiatives
  • Produce commission reports for sales teams, as well as any finders/ATR’s
  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.

You Have These:

  • Relevant experience in divisional Sales / Business Operations for a fast-paced sales organization
  • Demonstrable experience working with sales incentive compensation, sales forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and opportunity management
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to multi task and reprioritize as needed
  • Track record in working through and managing ambiguity and change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating meaningful reporting and analyses for business stakeholders and familiarity with business intelligence tools and databases
  • Experience identifying and resolving complex issues with solid sense of accountability, high-quality judgment and sound decision-making
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Great communication skills, both written and oral and able to engage on all levels.
  • Excellent decision making and judgement
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including excel
  • Experience of maintaining a database
  • Ability to use multiple systems and multi-task in a fast paced environment
