The Position
As a Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational flow for our manufacturing enabling reliable and responsive supply to our patients.
In this role, you will be leading and inspiring a team of 9 employees. Your primary focus will be on developing a strong culture offsetting in NNWay essentials, optimizing processes, set direction, and deliver exceptional supply chain performance across our operations.
Key Responsibilities will include:
-Build a best-in-class Supply Chain Operations organization, with a focus on people management and ensuring mental health, promoting performance mindset, and embed a culture of engagement aligned with the NN Way
-Execute and develop Supply Chain Operations processes with a business partnering approach and in alignment with standards and requirements to drive productivity and enable the growth journey in FPM DK1.
-Coordinate priorities and production planning with key internal teams (S&OP, S&OE, Operational Planning), with focus on improving lead times to enable reliability and responsiveness in the value chain.
-Ensure that Capacity alignment processes are closely interlinked with financial budgeting processes, enabling efficient utilization of manufacturing capacities and act as the KPI data owner for supply performance metrics.
-Responsible for material coordination, and for master data and Area super user for the sites warehouse management system and ERP system.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you preferably have:
-Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
-Management experience of 2+ years is preferred.
-Solid understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
-A minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in supply chain and production planning
-Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of Danish will be an advantage.
-SAP Experience is preferred

In FPM DK1 we are approximately 600 employees and are responsible for assembling and packing products on our production lines, supporting patients with Diabetes and Obesity treatments. We are on a growth journey, and our footprint on the manufacturing network is increasingly more significant as we deliver on our strategy road map.
