Join our Verint Team and make a significant impact on our customer engagement services!What you are going to doAs an Application Manager Verint, you will:
- Maintain and optimize our Verint services for Nationale-Nederlanden business units
- Collaborate closely with business units to provide exceptional service and support
- Troubleshoot technical issues across systems linked with Verint, ensuring seamless operations
- Stay in close contact with vendors to keep up-to-date with the latest developments
- Work with chain solutions like Speech Analytics & Automated Call Logging, based on Verint technologies as a part of it
- Work with WorkForce Optimization & Verint Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency

- Salary between €3,415 and €4,879 based on 36 hours depending on your knowledge and experience

Who you areYou are a seasoned professional with:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with business units and vendors
- Technical proficiency to troubleshoot and manage systems linked with Verint
- Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with Verint solutions is a plus
- Dutch proficiency is required
