As part of the growing team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Work on a variety of challenging cases, including collective and individual employment law matters.
  • Assist clients with drafting and terminating employment contracts, managing collective redundancies, and addressing employment aspects of corporate restructurings.
  • Engage in a mix of transactional, advisory, and litigation work, providing comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate directly with the legal and HR teams of major companies, building strong professional relationships.
  • Contribute to cross-border projects, working alongside colleagues and clients worldwide.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience: 1 to 5 years in employment law, with a proven track record in both advisory and litigation work.
  • Education: A first-class Belgian law degree, possibly complemented by further education abroad or a postgraduate degree in employment law.
  • Language Skills: Dutch as a native language, with excellent proficiency in English and French.
  • Competencies: Strong analytical abilities, exceptional drafting and presentation skills, commercial awareness, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Personality: A pragmatic, creative thinker who thrives in complexity, values teamwork, and strives for excellence.
