The team you will be a part of
The Field Sales team develops and manages relationships through phone and on-site visits. Negotiates partnership agreements to achieve desired revenue and profitability objectives. Drives joint partner/channel sales opportunities. Uses sales tools for accurate forecasting of current and future business.
This role in summary
A key business development role – responsible for leveraging your understanding of the SDA market & existing relationships to develop and grow sales of KitchenAid SDA products at key accounts, ensuring that all individual KPI’s are met.
As the Key Account Manager you are responsible for identifying, establishing, developing and managing business relationships with nominated retailer’s accounts (predominantly Electro Chains and Buying Groups) to grow sales and meet volume, value and profit targets whilst building a foundation for sustained success for KitchenAid.
Your responsibilities will include

Business development of targeted accounts – develop & nurture.

Forecast business in line with Company requirements.

Develop and monitor the business results of the assigned customers.

Develop, establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments,

Maintain awareness of market trends, dynamics, and competitor activity in accordance with antitrust law.

Collect and analyze sales data and trends.

Maintain high level knowledge of KitchenAid’s product portfolio.

Identify customer needs and work with Trade Marketing to ensure these needs are met.

Ensure merchandising activities are performed in PoS of customers under responsibility.

Expand your current portfolio and introduce new products in line with KitchenAid’s goals.

Embrace the role of “Ambassador” of the Company and the Brand.

Use the budget in line with trade policies and ensure a positive return on investment (“ROI”).

Propose and organize with partners communication and promotion campaigns in line with company policies.

Manage administration of accounts and the role efficiently.

Ensure brand consistency.

Negotiate commercial contracts.

Work with the Marketing department to set and implement strategies for new products.

Responsible for digital content, in-store execution and display share.

Responsible for forecasting accuracy and promo planning.
Minimum requirements
-
Expert in Electro Chains & Buying Groups: You bring extensive knowledge of the Belgian market, with established relationships with key players such as Krëfel, Vanden Borre, Media Markt, and Lanckriet.

Proven National Account Management experience, with strong commercial acumen and numerical skills.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate and meet customer needs.

Skilled in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google equivalents.

Highly self-motivated, team player with a flexible attitude, and able to work quickly and under pressure in a competitive environment.

Fluent in Dutch, French, and proficient in English.
